Advised on transactions with an aggregate value exceeding $1 Billion.

  • Technology & AI: Founder of Capital 8X and co-creator of the C8X AI Compass, a methodology linking AI transformation to profitability and valuation. Senior expert for financial training of frontier AI models. Strategic advisor to technology companies on growth and fundraising.

  • Leadership & Boards: Youngest Supervisory Board member of Nova Group (a Top-20 European logistics leader, in partnership with Austrian Post). Board-level experience with MEGOGO (one of the largest streaming platforms in Eastern Europe) and other education and technology companies. The idea for Capital 8X came to me one afternoon in a small café in New York’s East Village. Watching the flood of capital into AI, I realized a simple truth: just like every wave of innovation before, AI would only matter once companies learned to turn it into cash flow and growth.

My finance professors instilled in me the principle that “business value comes from future profitability.” That insight became the foundation for Capital 8X. My co-founders and I spent nearly two years developing the C8X AI Compass — a framework that connects AI adoption directly to profitability and valuation, using the same discipline and rigor as private equity.

Capital 8X exists to make AI investable, turning interest into real value while keeping ethics at the core.
